Saturday 16th December 2006 - Half Moon - Elloughton

I hope you can come along to this pre - Christmas bash. With an obvious xmas theme we have a wide variety of music from some of my favourites, The Neumes and Graham Hodge. They will be joined by Helen Brown and Dave. Some may remember Helen and Dave doing a couple of songs a while ago....They are great. The Robinson swing band are joining us to get the evening off to a warm start.

The profits are going to go to the charity namely, Coaching for Hope who operate in Berkina Fasco and Mali working with youngsters to raise aids awareness. Do come along it will be a good night.

2007.... Happy New year---Where did last year go ? !!!
Saturday 20th January 2007 - Half Moon - Elloughton

January wouldn't be right without the wonderful MAMBO JAMBO coming along to weave their own magical spell of music and song from Eastern Europe to South America. No doubt this will be a very popular concert so please book early.

Friday 26th January 2006 - Goodfellowship - Cott'm Road - Hull

WAKING THE WITCH are really making waves in the acoustic scene. They have been described by Janice Long (Radio Two) as a female version of Crosby Stills Nash and Young. Four lovely ladies, four great guitar players, and four perfect harmonies...They get better every time I hear them. This is just one of a number of nationwide concerts to celebrate their latest album just completed.

Saturday 24th February 2007 - Half Moon - Elloughton

Anyone who misses tonight only has their self to blame. It is going to be a double bill of two exciting ,talented acts. STANLEY ACCRINGTON and THE HALL BROTHERS with JOHN CAREY ! Stanley Accrington is quite simply a very funny, clever man.He will have the audience in stitches with his witty humour and, thought provoking songs. This will be Stan's first visit to HAM and somehow I feel NOT his last !

The Hall Brothers are no strangers to HAM. They last played at the Midsummer Madness in 2004 and finished the evening off in brilliant style. They are rocky and lively and excellent all round entertainers. Joining them will be their guest, the extraordinary fiddle player John Carey.

That's it for now folks.
Save to say that Flossie Malavaille is back in March with Stony in April. I have ideas for May and await confirmation from some special artists who will certainly sell out the Half Moon very quickly when announced.

Plans are afoot to bring you the best Midsummer Music Madness to date with some awesome acts, some new and some making a welcome return. Plenty of promises and raffles in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.....Watch the date....... Sunday 10th June 2007 !!!

Thanks for your attention and hope you have enjoyed my first move away from a 'good card index '!!!

Look forward to seeing you at the next gig soon.

Best wishes

Will Richardson
